As a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) and IBCLC, I support mothers and babies through their feeding journeys with compassionate, evidence-based care. I bring eight years of clinical experience as a triage nurse — work that sharpened my ability to recognize feeding concerns, assess a baby's symptoms and behaviors, and help families figure out the right next step.
My passion for lactation is also deeply personal. I have eight years of breastfeeding experience and nursed five children, including a set of twins — so I know both the joys and the hard parts firsthand.
To build my lactation expertise, I completed two years of mentorship with Wellspring Lactation, supporting families through a wide range of feeding challenges.
As an IBCLC I look at the whole mother-and-baby feeding relationship: maternal health, your baby's health and development, feeding behaviors, latch and positioning, milk transfer, milk production, and your own goals for feeding.
Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, in the thick of the early days, working through latch or supply concerns, wondering whether your baby is feeding effectively, or simply wanting reassurance — I'm here. It's an honor to walk alongside new mothers and their babies.
